Vintage Fibre Craft plastic tortoise shell look purse handles model #4822

Up for sale is a set of Fibre Craft plastic tortoise shell look purse handles.  These are NOS in the original sealed packaging.  l have 2 sets to sell and one set has a bit of roughage that sticks up in the bottom rail about midway. (please look at photo).  I believe it was sold this way and it most likely will be encased when put it in the purse or can possible be filed off.  The first one sold will be the perfect one and the second one will be the one with the rough section.   I try to describe my items as accurately as possible but if you have questions, please ask.  Please look at my other items as I do combine shipping when possible (just let me know of your intentions).
This item will ship USPS first class package which includes a tracking number but no insurance.  It can also be shipped Priority mail which includes a tracking number and insurance.
