Greetings.  The dress has issues.  It does have 2 secure snaps and the tag.  It also has light staining on the lower blue part of the dress front and back.  The butterflies are present and are starting to fray a bit.  There is also light fraying around the sleeves.  No other dirt, rips or open seams.  There is a little hole on the back by the hem.  Thanks.
