Vintage 30" carnival game wheel casino horse race, fairs games of chance circus

Description

Very nice all original horse race country fair game wheel of chance.  The diameter of the wheel is 30" and it is about 5/8" thick.
The paint is all original, the horses that alternate between black & white appear to be hand painted. The numbers look to be hand painted also.
All the pins are present and original.  The ball bearing in the center is marked "Made in USA".  The paint colors are red, mustard, black & white.
There are two metal washers taped to the back that I assume is for balance? The whole wheel is surrounded by a metal banding.
There is some minor paint wear as shown in the photos.  Over all this game wheel is in very nice condition.
