    This is a
    RARE CLOWNS OF AMERICA CERTIFICATE AND MEMBERSHIP CARD
    of Cathy Clark Gibbons, both signed in 1980 by President, Lou Halston. This certificate dates before the club became known as Clowns of America International in 1984. The certificate and card have matching membership numbers of 8976.
    PROVENANCE: This picture was obtained from the estate of BOB GIBBONS
    . Bob Gibbons was a well-known magician and clown (Skoopy) in Syracuse, New York. Bob Gibbons was also the voice of the New York State Fair for many years. His wife, Cathy, often accompanied him as Sweetheart the Clown.
    This certificate is in Good condition with discoloration on the bottom left and some creases on the right edge.
