    Description

    These two Native american style  items came from the estate of a local lady who bought jewelry on line.  I am pairing them because they both have distinct purple turquoise stones set in Sterling Silver and Made in the Philippines.  Plus they look great together.   No, there is no natural purple turquoise.  It starts out as classic blue Kingman turquoise which is dyed and subjected to a bronze fusion process which creates the metallic matrices (in both pieces they look like carat gold).  The Kingman mine is the only one authorized in the USA  to process these stones.  Both items are stamped Philippines so that is where they were made.  The ring is a size 9 with a stone which is  30  mm high and 15 mm wide . The sterling frame adds an additional 2mm all around.  The Kachina Dancer Pendant is inlaid with the same stone and is 1 7/8 inches high, 1/2 inches wide with a large 3/8 inch bale.  It hangs on a sterling 25 inch twisted chain. The chain is stamped IBB (InternatioanlBullion Brokers) which serves a broad market.    I think that you will enjoy wearing this unique duet.
