ITEM DESCRIPTION -
This side show freak pitch card of the Lobster Family, measures approx. 6 1/2" x 4 3/4" and is in very nice condition with a couple wrinkles. Features the Lobster Man, Grady Stiles and two of his children. Instead of normal hands and feet, they were born with limbs that appeared to be like lobster claws. It would have been sold for a nominal fee by Grady Stiles to support himself as he appeared on a circus or carnival side show.
We think the card was sold at Coney Island where he also appeared. It is printed on a heavy weight paper, not photo paper. Grady was eventually murdered in 1992 by his stepson who was hired by his wife to commit the murder.
