    ITEM DESCRIPTION -
    This is a 5x7 B&W photo of Plutaino & Waino - billed by P.T. Barnum as the original Wildmen of Borneo.  Shown on banner lines as wild men, they were actually two midgets from Connecticut.  They did weight lifting stunts and some wrestling and were very strong.
    Photo is out of the Bernard Kobel series of vintage photo copies and his blue label is on the back. The Kobel photos are all vintage copies of photos taken by others and sold mainly in the 1950-60's by him. Print quality is not always the best.  It is in very fine condition.
