They are molded plastic.  I love the tall arc, rainbow shape.  Very cool!
Here are the specs:  6.5" across at widest point.  5.5"
(note:  here is the hole-to-hole, measured from the center of each, size:  5.5")
They are in vintage used condition.  Just some minor scuffs.  See photos.
I am listing them in as-found condition.  Still have so much life in them.
Color is bright and vivid.  Any wear is minor and not very detectable to the naked eye, as seen by a viewer.
You have to look closely to detect.
Would make a lovely gift for those who love to sew or knit.  Would make a great purse or a knitting bag.  Just add folded fabric if your choice and tie it up with a ribbon. Or knit up a long rectangle (or other shape)--fold in 1/2 and sew to handles.  Easy peasy!
