RC to scratch-build one for yourself.
This gas amphibian by Don McGovern will take off from water or land, and can be flown as a free-flight, or by radio control. Kitted by Berkeley in 1960 use .09 to .15 engines. Designed to principally fly from water, the structure has purposely been kept light to aid in breaking free from the water with maximum radio equipment. Reinforce if extensive land flying is anticipated.
