This is a Bag-E-Bottoms acrylic base for your fabric bag.  Fits the following Lazy Girl Designs:  Newport Tote, Summer Tote and Miranda Day Bag or any bag with a bottom measurement from 5 3/4" x 11 1/4" up to 6 3/4" x 12 1/4"  You are bidding on one acrylic base, Side D.
Bag-E-Bottoms is a line of acrylic bases available in several sizes to give your bag, purse and totes a sturdy bottom. The base is about a 1/8" thick piece of clear acrylic, rounded corners.  The instructions suggest making a sleeve or pocket from self--fabric and then take it to the bottom of your bag to hold it in place.
