Antique Celluloid Shaving Vanity Dresser Box W/ Mug Brush Floral Gentleman's

Description

Antique celluloid and paper shaving/ vanity dresser box with mug and brush.  This is a used antique item that is approx.  8.75" long x 5.75" wide x 3.25 tall.  The lid is celluloid with a scene of a gentleman shaving with his supplies nearby.  The sides and bottom are paper and have a lovely floral design.  The cup or mug is porcelain with a gold accent rim and handle trim.  There are flowers in pink, yellow and white.  It is in very good condition. with one chip to the bottom interior of the cup.  There is an old soap block with paper on it inside of the cup.    The cup is approx.  2.25" tall x 3.75" cup edge to handle edge.  I see minor wear to the cup.  The shaving brush has animal hair bristles and has paint wear to the handle as shown.  Brush measures approx.  4.5" long x .75" bottom diameter.   The interior of the box is lined with pink fabric that has staining and discoloration in areas.  NO rips or tears to the fabric.  The exterior has minor scratching and scuffing and does have some writing on the bottom of the box.  Some edge wear as shown. The brass lock and hinges are intact and work and do have some wear / tarnish as shown.  Overall a very nice box!
