    Description

2006 Sea Ray 40 Motor Yacht An aft cabin boat that is nice to look at, the Sea Ray 40 Motor Yacht mixes the feel of an express cruiser with her single-level cockpit, with the accommodations you get from an aft cabin boat. The bridge includes a helm with great visibility, full climate control, and a refreshment center right where the action is. Down below, there is sleeping for seven, great visibility out of the large windows, a fully equipped galley, and plenty of accommodations for owners and their guests. Highlights: Twin Diesel Cummins Engines Kohler 10kw generator Bow Thruster Five-foot extended swim platform with umbrella mount Additional 30 amp shore-power inlet for flexible docking options Motorized shore power cord reel system Clear, smoked acrylic companionway door for improved natural light. The boat comes with the original opaque door. 4 Zone Heat and Air conditioning throughout, including the bridge Fiberglass cockpit table Power-assisted steering Aft bench seat with storage Built in vacuum system Wood flooring in galley Anchor locker And much much more. These type of Yachts usually go for over 200k, bought this one with water in the engine compartment, its not flooded, theres no mold or humidity smell inside, everything is clean and looks like new. All seats are perfect. Missing navigation systems. Perfect project Yacht that will need some engine work done.
    Please note:
I bought this yacht from an auction with the intention of fixing it for my own use, however, its too large for me as I'm used to smaller boats and I don't really think I will be able to navigate with it. It has a clean florida title, the information I have is that this boat had fresh water intrusion in the engine compartment, the water was high enough so that both Cummins engines were under water along with the generators. There's fresh water still inside the motors, mechanics recommended me not to remove the water until ready to repair the motors to avoid rust and corrosion. I do not know how many hours are on these engines, I do not know if the engines are salvageable or will need replacement, I do not know if the
    salvageable
are good or will need replacement, I have not plugged this yacht to shore power. Screens where stolen at the auction but only cut the wires and took the screens, all systems behind the screens are intact, Raymarine radar is intact and nothing else is missing, washer and dryer are in place.
Yacht is located in Fort Myers, FL, buyer will need to arrange transportation from our Marina.
