Sonny Liston met the highly regarded Amos Johnson in Gothenburg on August 19th 1966. It was the second of four consecutive bouts Liston fought on Swedish soil from 1966 through 1967. The former heavyweight champion prevailed by 3rd round KO. Offered here is an original on-site poster, which has been autographed by both fighters. Acclaimed Swedish collector, Åke Sintring, originally acquired the signatures in person. The poster measures 39 x 27.5 inches and presents in very good condition. It has some light horizontal creasing from being rolled. Pin holes to the corners and several small edge tears. Excellent, bold signature by Liston. An exceptionally rare, most likely unique, poster.
